Independent Bookstore Day ‘24

Like libraries, local bookstores are more than just shelves stacked with books. They bring people together to connect over their love stories and storytelling in all of its forms.

Since 2015, readers and booksellers alike have celebrated Independent Book Store Day (IBSD) on the last Saturday in April. It is a day to champion the unique character and vital role of independent bookstores, and, by extension, independent authors.

Please join me and other local authors in celebrating IBSD at Birch Tree Bookstore in historic downtown Leesburg, Virginia on Saturday, April 27th from 11:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Come for love of books and reading, and stay for the community!
